Same-day delivery is available within Amman, and if the product is ordered before 5 pm, and next day for other cities.

Flowers and gifts Delivery inside Jordan:

Orders will be delivered the next day and you will be notified if we face any changes, if you need your order to be delivered the same day, please contact us and we will see how we can help with that.

If the exact flowers or container you have selected are not available our expert florists will create a beautiful bouquet with the freshest available flowers. We will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

Cancellations:

While we process your request the moment we receive it during business hours, it is sometimes very difficult to get cancellation requests complete. Our network ranges throughout the country and because of the importance placed on a timely delivery of your request and various time zones, it can sometimes be very difficult to stop or cancel a delivery attempt or a placed order. Cancellations must be done prior to delivery, and in all cases within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellation requests after this period cannot be guaranteed and are subject to a 20-100% charge depending on the item and status of delivery.

Red Roses Flower offers 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee with every flower arrangement that we deliver. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the arrangement that we have delivered, simply contact our customer service and we will offer multiple solutions, depending on your recommendations.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

We also have store credits where you can be refunded, so you can use them on your next order.

Return Policy – Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:

Here is how our return policy works. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the flower arrangement we design and deliver for you, we will replace that arrangement, with one of equal or greater value, free of charge. We might ask you to send us a picture of the received items, sometimes unforeseen circumstances happen whilst delivering the package that we are not aware of. Your satisfaction is our primary focus. We prefer that you keep and enjoy the original flower arrangement, along with the new replacement flowers that we will deliver for you.

If your item hasn’t been shipped yet when you contact us we’ll be happy to satisfy your need for replacing the item, if the item is not shipped yet and you want to return it we’ll be happy to provide you with a coupon code that you can use in your next purchase with the price amount of your previously purchased item.

Ordering:

To order from redrosesflower.com all you need to do is pick your item, choose when you want it to be delivered, add any optional messages to be added to the gift card, and then add that item to your Cart, keep shopping once you are done visit your cart and proceed with the checkout by providing the detailed shipping address and pay with your preferred payment method.
